A service aimed at facilitating an ecosystem for investments in startups This assignment entails a flow revision from the startup founder's & investor's corresponding perspectives. The main barrier is the market relevance of the provided service as compared to prospective competitors given the complexity of the investment process. The outcome of my validation analysis resulted in the organizational decision of closing down the company due to its inability to compete within the market.
strazi pentru oameni
In 2025 I joined strazi pentru oameni as a Member on the Board of Advisors. My responsibility was to redraw their entire digital presence. In a field as serious and apparently unmovable as urban planning, the design concept had rigid rectangles that are invaded by playful art, curved lines & chalk-like drawings on asphalt. The concept, therefore was enforced by the animations of a local artist (Josephine). This art empowered the very vision of this NGO: child's play in a rigid ecosystem.
stiri bazate
stiribazate, a news outlet dedicated to emerging journalistic voices, reached-out to their community of followers for assistance in creating their own website (being an Instagram-only outlet). I stepped in as a Strategic UX Lead to consult on this project. I have focused on research and on crafting the backbone & strategy they needed for this website. I refrained from doing the UI itself, as this was a fantastic opportunity for junior designers to affirm themselves within an impactful project.
