About Flaviu-Constantin Caragea

Profesionally:

My name is Flaviu-Constantin Caragea, I am an Architecture & Urban Planning graduate. I work as a Senior Product Designer at Showpad.

My passion for strategising and crafting digital products has grown organically through pursuing Architecture, Graphic Design, and Product Design as exploratory vessels for expanding my vision and feeding the immersive hunger for creative entrepreneurial endeavours, which has been a vital part of me for the past ten years.  This journey has led me to the unique positon of being a hybrid between Product Management & Product Design.

To further elaborate on this continuous and immersive growth, I will briefly summarise some of my proudest accomplishments:

• My multidisciplinary experience as a creative freelancer and architect, highlighting a deeply rooted passion for all manners of design and business, consolidated with having worked in over +20 different design tools;

• My managerial & client communication experience as a Project Manager, Local Leader of Timisoara, and Country Manager of Romania.

• My passion for product development and my creative work, composed of personal entrepreneurial endeavours and providing pro-bono assistance to local SMEs;

• My success in having a design I crafted exhibited at the Consumer Electronics Show in 2016 (CES 2016) in Las Vegas;

• My psychological thriller, written directly in English and with tutoring experience, highlights the passion held for possessing an extensive bilingual vocabulary.

• My newest little endeavour: spacesbylocals, an attempt at making authentic travelling accessible for everyone;

• My continuous involvement in aiding NGOs enhance their digital presence, an example being strazi pentru oameni, where I am a Member of the Advisory Board;
